The Middle East Research Hub is a non-profit organisation designed to promote the work of independent researchers and analysts who apply social science expertise to the particular contexts of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region when working in academia, advisory, consulting and policy research. The objective is to promote the work of freelance researchers offering them opportunities for public engagement while developing fundraising activities for research capacity programmes in MENA.

We create fellowship opportunities by fundraising for research capacity programmes: young researchers from across the region benefit from the mentorship of senior analysts through the scope of cross-regional and cross-disciplinary partnerships. Our fellowship programmes support young talents and junior researchers, allowing them to expand their network, reach out to an international audience and communicate their work and findings. We support young talents and junior researchers by consolidating a community of peers, helping them access the tools and research skills they need with the challenges they face and will be facing in the future. .
